The Songwriting Circle is a website dedicated to promoting both songwriting and songwriters.

My goal is twofold:

1. Inspire others to write songs and work on their craft in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

2. Promote songwriters whose work I respect and enjoy.

Features I hope to propose on this site will include:

1. Weekly songwriting exercises

2. “Web open mic” for members to share their songs

3. An advice area for those with question, whether they be generic or specific to a given song

4. Interviews w/ accomplished songwriters

5. Nods to songwriting heroes
